OBJECT OF THE COMPANY:
1. The object of the company is, both in Germany and abroad
(a) Purchase, development, management, renting (leasing) and utilization of developed and undeveloped real estate (including super-possessions and building rights), in particular real estate with touristic use;
(b) Operational management of real estate, in particular of real estate used for tourism purposes, and performance of related activities such as gastronomy, culinary, food & beverage, as well as operation of facilities of all kinds for sports, leisure and/or entertainment purposes;
(c) Pursuit of the business of real estate trustee (real estate broker, real estate manager, property developer);
(d) Acquisition, management and exploitation of participations in other enterprises and companies with the same or similar business purpose as well as the management and administration of such participations (holding); and
(e) Provision of management services for subsidiaries and associated companies, in particular in the areas of cash management, investor relations, advice on financing and investments, human resources and IT infrastructure (group function).
2. The company is entitled to engage in all transactions, actions, measures and activities which appear necessary or useful within the scope of the object of the company, in particular also in all areas of activity similar or related to the object of the company. Banking transactions within the meaning of the Banking Act are excluded from the activities of the Company.
