Together with a local partner, EPH Group AG is currently developing a hotel project in a prime location with a unique panoramic view in the Kitzbühel Alps. A resort in the premium segment with a renowned international hotel brand as operator is planned.

The approximately 34,000 square meter plot has been acquired and is already owned by the joint project company. The project will be fully developed in the coming months.
